Ownership and Intellectual Property:
- All designs, artwork, and creative work produced by the Company remain the property of the Company.

Use of Designs:
- Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the final approved designs for their intended purpose.
- Clients may not modify, reproduce, or distribute the designs without prior written consent from the Company.

Refund Policy: No refunds. We must be notified within 48 hours before the class starts to receive a credit. You can email or call us and leave a message. If a guest is late, they will have a grace period of 45 minutes before their seats will be forfeited with no refunds.
